ABOUT SARAH

Sarah watched Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats too many times as a child and since has been acting onstage & on-screen professionally for over two decades. A Capricorn born & raised in So-Cal, Sarah began working at the Chance Theater in 2007, which has provided many opportunities to perform and present original musical cabarets over the years. In 2013, Sarah arguably peaked in high school when she had the honor of being nominated for the Jimmy Awards for her performance of "Cinderella" in Into the Woods. Sarah holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University, where she fell in love with Shakespeare and led the musical parody club, Beyond Stage. While quarantining during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sarah did her best to embody the age-old truth of "A Diva is a Female Version of a Hustler" by staying creative with her limited Quarantusical Youtube Series.

Sarah is unsurprisingly a Sagittarius rising and has lived many lives, including performing as a seahorse puppet at an aquarium, sword-fighting as a pirate queen in a stunt show, and "robbing" people as a bandit on a working, antique train. She also believes in the ability of theatre to empower & inspire and has years of experience as a youth theatre arts educator. Even though she was a child-actor (and has a Scorpio moon), Sarah has been told she is well-adjusted and enjoys doing cool things when not performing, like working on her guitar skills & writing songs, going to Disneyland, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Sarah is currently based in Los Angeles, CA, and thanks you for taking the time to get to know her better by reading this silly, little bio.
